Please note that the following policies regarding open houses have
been adopted for Randolph Place:
1. Signs are not permitted under any circumstances anywhere on
the property, inside or outside the building, including in the outdoor
planters, in the lobby, and on the unit door.
2. At least two (2) persons are recommended for each open house
to be conducted, one in the outer lobby and one to escort a prospective
buyer to and through the unit.
3. Each and every prospective buyer must sign in with the agent
in the lobby and then be escorted to the unit for viewing. Our front
desk security personnel will not permit anyone into the interior
lobby and up the elevator unescorted.
4. Open houses must be registered with the Management Office at
least five business days in advance. When you register, please provide
a copy of the fully executed listing agreement (not a computer-generated
MLS listing sheet) and the business card of the agent in charge.
We wish to emphasize that these rules will be strictly enforced,
to ensure the safety of all of our residents. We greatly appreciate
