Randolph Place Home Page

The board members of Randolph Place welcome you to your new home. We hope that you will take advantage of our proximity to many wonderful city venues, including the Theatre District, opera, Museum Campus, and the many fine restaurants in our West Loop neighborhood.

Our condominium Board of Directors meets on the 2nd Monday of every other month in the Fitness Room on the fifth floor. The Board has established committees and task groups that assist the Board members in dealing with issues facing our residents. All meeting dates, times, and locations are posted on the bulletin board across from the mailroom. We encourage you to select a committee of interest and get involved. Committee membership is a great way to meet people and to be a part of the Randolph Place Community. Please refer to the Community section of this website for more information about each of the active committees.

LOBBY CLEANING
The Marble in the Lobby and Elevators is scheduled to be CLEANED and POLISHED AGAIN. The work will begin Wednesday night, March 12th, beginning at approximately 10:00pm and will proceed through the night. During this time, portions of the entrance and exit to and from the Lobby will be restricted. All residents will need to use caution when moving through the lobby area. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but would appreciate the cooperation of all residents during this work. Every effort will be made to complete the work in the Lobby as quickly as possible. Thank you in advance for your help.
