In accordance with the Declaration and Bylaws of the Randolph
Place Residences Condominium Association, the Board of Directors
has established the Technology Committee and appointed the Chairperson.
To assist the Board of Directors, the Technology Committee seeks
to enhance Randolph Place through the implementation of new technologies,
in addition to providing expertise and oversight of the building’s
existing technical systems.
The Technology Committee’s primary responsibilities include:
- Researching and recommending various technological changes
for the building with the combined goals of: helping to reduce
operating expenses, creating new revenue sources, making Randolph
Place a more enjoyable place to live and maintaining Randolph
Place’s competitive position with surrounding condo buildings;
- Assisting the management office with the implementation or upgrade
of any technology related system by overseeing the work performed
by the vendor;
- Providing analysis and input for special projects as directed
by the Board of Directors.
