In accordance with the Declaration and Bylaws of the Randolph
Place Residences Condominium Association, the Board of Directors
has established the Social Committee and appointed the Chairperson.
To assist the Board of Directors, the Social Committee seeks ways
to enhance the relational spirit of the residences with one another
and their extended neighborhood.
The Social Committee’s primary responsibilities include:
- Conducting resident mixers on a regular basis for the new and existing resident owners;
- Identifying special interest groups among the residents and acting as a catalyst to promote and establish group participation;
- Planning, communicating, and executing any community social activities or outreach programs in coordination with the Board of Directors and the Management Office.
