Randolph Place Home Page

The board members of Randolph Place welcome you to your new home. We hope that you will take advantage of our proximity to many wonderful city venues, including the Theatre District, opera, Museum Campus, and the many fine restaurants in our West Loop neighborhood.

Our condominium Board of Directors meets on the 2nd Monday of every other month in the Fitness Room on the fifth floor. The Board has established committees and task groups that assist the Board members in dealing with issues facing our residents. All meeting dates, times, and locations are posted on the bulletin board across from the mailroom. We encourage you to select a committee of interest and get involved. Committee membership is a great way to meet people and to be a part of the Randolph Place Community. Please refer to the Community section of this website for more information about each of the active committees.

PET REGISTRATION!
All residents must register their pet(s) no later than March 31st, 2009. Pet Registration forms are available on our website or at the Management Office. There is no fee for cats; however, there is a $100 per dog fee. All dogs must be registered and fees paid in order to obtain a Randolph Place authorized dog tag. Any resident found with an unregistered dog or cat in the building will be fined up to $200 for each month the pet remains unregistered.
